
1. Boil pasta al dente. Drain. Let cool so it is easy to handle.
2. Grate cheese.
3. First layer is macaroni.
4 . Second layer is cheese.
5. Then macaroni and cheese as needed.
6. Add salt and other seasonings on each layer of macaroni or
cheese to taste
7. When dish is full, add milk until the dish is full almost the top.
8. Bake at 350 Degrees F until done.
9. Put a dish on the rack below as the milk might be boiling over.
10. Hopefully the top comes out crusty.
